We are scaling rapidly through acquisition, and we’re hiring a senior recruiter to own and evolve how talent is brought into the organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Aspen’s corporate hires, while also partnering closely with acquired wealth management firms to support the hiring of financial advisors and business development professionals. You’ll help define, standardize, and enforce the “Aspen way” of hiring—balancing consistency with the realities of founder-led businesses—and will be expected to problem-solve recruiting models, service offerings, and operating structure as the platform grows. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable operating independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and building scalable recruiting practices in a fast-growing, acquisition-driven environment. This role is based in Soho, New York City.
