About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across our organization. You'll partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and help us attract top talent in competitive markets.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring diverse talent across multiple functions
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple departments
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends and compensation
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
  • Negotiate offers and create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
  • Improve recruiting processes and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain ATS documentation and provide regular pipeline updates
