About The Position

This is not a "plug-and-play" recruiting role. It's an opportunity to help grow a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function from the ground up while directly shaping the future of our organization. Why This Role Is Different Impact from Day One: You won't just fill roles-you'll design processes, influence strategy, and create a TA model that reflects our culture of ownership and excellence. Hands-On, No Outsourcing: We do it ourselves. No external search firms, no contingent vendors. You'll own the full lifecycle-from research and sourcing to assessment and offer-partnering closely with hiring managers who share accountability for attracting top talent. Build + Deliver: This is a rare blend of strategic design and tactical execution. You'll help us create scalable recruiting practices while actively driving searches for critical roles. Collaborative Culture: Work alongside leaders who value transparency, creativity, and results. Your ideas will matter-and you'll see them come to life.

Requirements

  • Proven experience, at least 7-10+ years, in Talent Acquisition within property casualty insurance is a must. Broader financial services is also considered.
  • A builder's mindset-comfortable creating structure where none exists.
  • Strong research, sourcing, and assessment skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for doing things the right way.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and leaders.
  • Global experience working across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offers.
  • Innovate and implement processes that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities globally.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every hire strengthens our business and culture.
