Hands-On, No Outsourcing: We do it ourselves. No external search firms, no contingent vendors. You'll own the full lifecycle-from research and sourcing to assessment and offer-partnering closely with hiring managers who share accountability for attracting top talent. Build + Deliver: This is a rare blend of strategic design and tactical execution. You'll help us create scalable recruiting practices while actively driving searches for critical roles. Requirements

Proven experience, at least 7-10+ years, in Talent Acquisition within property casualty insurance is a must. Broader financial services is also considered.
A builder's mindset-comfortable creating structure where none exists.
Strong research, sourcing, and assessment skills.
A collaborative approach and a passion for doing things the right way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and leaders.
Global experience working across multiple geographies.

Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offers.
