The opportunity: As a Senior Recruiter, G&A you will act as a strategic talent partner and brand ambassador, responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent across all of our Corporate Functions. You will move beyond order taking to lead full-cycle recruitment processes, serving as a subject matter expert who aligns talent strategies with departmental and broader business objectives. You are a builder who thrives on driving quality outcomes in a high-growth, fluid environment.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS organization, and a genuine passion for the technology or cybersecurity landscape.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can move with a sense of urgency without ever sacrificing the quality of your work, the integrity of your data, or the candidate experience.
  • You possess exceptional communication and collaborative skills, with the proven ability to tailor your message to any audience and the professional courage to provide consultative guidance using your expertise to influence decisions, even when it requires challenging assumptions.
  • You have a strong client focus, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the aptitude to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies to enhance your effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruiting process by developing strategic sourcing plans, building robust and diverse talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles, and actively networking to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Advise and influence stakeholders: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by leveraging market data and experience to guide recruitment strategies, challenge assumptions, and negotiate offers, ensuring the successful hiring of qualified teams.
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvement: Utilize data to optimize recruiting performance, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency at scale.
  • Champion the employer brand and candidate experience: Act as a brand ambassador for Okta by delivering timely and effective communication, building trusting relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and participating in events or talent marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand.
