About The Position

As a Senior Recruiter at Outreach, you will lead recruiting for our People and G&A organizations, including functions such as Finance, Legal, and HR. This role partners closely with senior leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies, attract high-caliber candidates, and deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing strong market insight, sound judgement, and a high level of discretion when managing searches within the organization you directly support. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the values of Outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle experience, including hiring for G&A and People functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, or Corporate Operations.
  • Business Partnership: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and operate as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruiting Strategy & Insights: Comfortable using recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Organization & Prioritization: Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, executives, and cross-functional partners.
  • Discretion and Judgement: Experience handling sensitive searches and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for People and G&A functions, partnering closely with leaders to define hiring strategy and attract exceptional talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role requirements, interview strategies, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Manager multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
  • Service as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent pipeline updates, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and speed.
  • Partner with compensation and HR business partners to develop fair and competitive offers.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong operational rigor through accurate ATS management and structured hiring practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion while recruiting for sensitive or internal organizational functions.
