About The Position

The Senior Recruiter, Field is a strategic talent partner responsible for hiring and advising on salaried leadership roles across CLEAR’s airport operations nationwide. This role plays a critical part in building strong, future-ready airport leadership teams by partnering closely with field leaders, managing high-volume field recruitment end-to-end, and ensuring every candidate experiences CLEAR’s people-first approach. This role is perfect for a high-energy recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships, and loves connecting great people to meaningful work.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of recruiting experience with a focus on salaried, leadership, or field-based roles in fast-paced, multi-site environments
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions using data, market insights, and sound talent judgment
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and regions simultaneously
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
  • Strategic, metrics-driven recruiter skilled in proactive sourcing and engaging passive talent
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and dynamic business needs
  • Proficient with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Fountain, Workday, or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried Field Operations and airport leadership roles, from intake and sourcing through offer, background adjudication, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with senior airport and regional leaders to understand business priorities, define leadership competencies, and align on talent profiles
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation considerations, and hiring strategies
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful engagement, and strong relationship management
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage diverse, high-caliber talent
