We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service. Overview As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling our Air Operations organization. This team is the heartbeat of Joby’s commercial future, encompassing everything from global operations to our in-house pilot and maintenance academy. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring the talent that will keep us running operationally and commercially on a global scale The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, collaborating closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent, and ensure a smooth, data-driven recruitment process. This role requires experience and an understanding of both technical and business positions, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding top talent.
