Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with fast-paced startups
  • You’ve recruited for a wide variety of roles, especially within Operations
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to ask tough, insightful questions
  • You have a track record of success in partnering with hiring managers to identify ideal hiring workflows and finding talent for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • You are a creative thinker and utilize various unconventional strategies to engage candidates
  • You have the ability to effectively manage deadlines while balancing multiple high-priority projects
  • You are proactive and take initiative when there are roadblocks in the hiring process

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex requisitions, creating innovative and industry-relevant sourcing strategies and driving engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Contribute to the design of recruiting-specific databases and recruiting workflows, including the structure of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools used to measure/monitor progress
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal hiring workflows and contributors, articulate screening criteria, and draft detailed, accurate and engaging job postings
  • Promote Steno’s talent brand both internally and on social media, ensuring a wide outreach, and a positive and thoughtful candidate experience each step of the way
  • Research industry-specific news, trends, and best practices to stay on top of industry intel, and share scalable ideas on how to innovate our recruitment efforts
  • Measure, track, and report on recruitment KPI’s and metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities
