Under general direction, drafts and routes the more complex and complicated property management agreements including leases, licenses, rights of entry, easements, and other documents that relate to requests for incidental use of Sound Transit properties. Collaborate with Federal Transit Administration (FTA); to research, review, and interpret policy; obtains legal and risk management approvals; ensures compliance with all terms and conditions for Sound Transit properties and interacts with Inter-agency Coordination with a variety of other Sound Transit departments and other agencies addressing a wide range of overlapping property-related interests and needs.
