The UHS Asset Management Group is hiring a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager to manage property performance, leasing opportunities, capital programs and loan compliance for a portfolio of medical office buildings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience prior asset, property management experience.
Tenant relations
Exposure to real estate law
Proficient in lease management
Valuation and financial accounting acumen

Responsibilities

Manage third party property managers and leasing agents. Provide oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals
Negotiates leases and contracts
Develop strategies for each property. Prepare business plans as required
Analyze and monitor property performance and market conditions. Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
Oversee capital and tenant improvement projects
Assist with pre-acquisition input in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions and supporting the effort of debt financing.
Assist with activities involving disposition of assets
