As a Senior React Developer, you will make an impact by contributing to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the manager and stakeholders. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future In this role, you will: Develop React UI components in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability. Clearly communicate critical UI design decisions, define requirements and constraints, and provide input for project effort estimation. Design and implement micro front-end architectures for seamless integration across components and services. Establish UI strategies for new features, ensuring rollout plans are safe, progressive, and reversible. Decompose monolithic UIs into smaller, independently deployable units. Coordinate communication and data sharing between micro front-end components. Apply asynchronous service patterns where appropriate. Leverage deep understanding of business processes and organizational complexities to guide solution design. Deliver solutions that are practical, flexible, resilient, scalable, reusable, and aligned with strategic goals. Advocate for component-based development to promote reusability and consistency. Build and maintain UI pattern libraries for cross-product use. Ensure compliance with established UI guidelines and standards. Implement best practices for optimizing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Contribute to the development of reusable UI frameworks, methodologies, and deliverables. Utilize REST API calls via libraries like Axios and apply patterns such as Promises. Address daily technical challenges and escalate risks or issues to management promptly. Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to enhance IT development and delivery.
