Senior React Native Developer
About The Position
This role is focused on ensuring continuity, stability, and development velocity of our mobile application. You will take ownership of ongoing mobile development, while maintaining delivery commitments, quality standards, and knowledge coverage. This is a business-critical role focused on risk mitigation and product continuity. By maintaining stable release cadence and delivery speed, you will help protect user experience, retention, and revenue. Avoiding development gaps prevents technical debt growth, delivery delays, and potential customer churn — making this role a key contributor to long-term product and business stability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React Native in production environments
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with mobile app architecture and state management
- Understanding of performance optimization and debugging on mobile
- Experience working with APIs and backend integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD, app store releases, and versioning
- Ability to quickly understand and take ownership of an existing codebase
- Experience working in product-driven, fast-moving teams
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Pulsetto’s React Native mobile application
- Take over responsibilities from the departing developer through a structured handover
- Deliver production features independently after onboarding
- Participate in code reviews, release preparation, and incident handling
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Improve performance, stability, and upgrade readiness of the mobile app
- Identify and implement low-risk improvements in the existing codebase
