About The Position

You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Santa Barbara Focalplane team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of products from suppliers across the United States, implementing quality‑control processes, and driving supplier performance excellence. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for overseeing supplier quality initiatives and ensuring product integrity throughout the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute supplier quality‑control plans. Conduct audits and inspections of incoming components. Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformances. Lead supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions. Requirements

STEM Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline required or equivalent experience/combined education
Quality or Development or Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering experience
Project Management Skills
Root Cause and Corrective Action Facilitation Experience
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (This requires US Citizenship)
