Requirements

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Over 5 years of experience in a Warehousing, Pack/Ship, and/or Transportation environment
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Stock parts away to shelves, bins, or appropriate locations and update Warehouse Management System with proper location
• Perform kitting function by identifying material location and counting/packaging appropriate part number and quantity
• Count identified part numbers and record counts in Warehouse Management System
• Package outbound shipments and perform routing function for subsequent shipments using Raytheon’s Transportation Management System
• Communicate with customers, management, and coworkers to identify priority activities and communicate progress with management and customers
• The selected candidate must be able to effectively communicate with teammates, customers, and cross functional disciplines
