Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; electrical engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control
  • Hands-on experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methods
  • Strong data analysis skills, including failure analysis and FMEA
  • Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, and data-driven quality methodologies
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards; QS-9000 experience is a plus
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support test failure investigations and resolution activities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen risk mitigation plans for manufacturing processes
  • Maintain and update PFMEA to reduce process and product risk
  • Interpret quality data and recommend process improvements
  • Lead root cause analyses using tools such as 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
  • Participate in onsite quality audits and CAPA activities
