About The Position
As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at the Spartanburg facility, you will play a crucial role in maximizing crew quality performance within a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging operation. This hands-on position requires a deep understanding of production equipment and its impact on product quality, as well as the ability to troubleshoot quality issues, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. You will foster a Zero-Defect quality culture, execute standardized processes, and mentor less experienced team members while collaborating with site leadership on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
