About The Position

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional outcomes that meet both customer and business requirements. What you'll do Attend the office twice per month (beginning and end of each month); dates and times will be communicated in advance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated ownership of testing strategy and delivery
  • Strong expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices across the SDLC
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience contributing to or leading Knowledge Management and QA process improvements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within Agile teams or formal training in Scrum or Agile methodologies is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
  • Execute and oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
  • Drive regression testing efforts to validate system stability across releases
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Partner closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and ensure seamless integration
  • Participate in design and requirements reviews, providing expert QA input to improve product quality early in the lifecycle
  • Provide actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and overall system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics, test progress, and defect trends to stakeholders
  • Champion QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members as needed
  • Stay current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and industry best practices
