Ready to modernize medicine with us? Job Description Summary: ModMed is hiring a driven Senior QTC Support Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RevOps team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) support for named and enterprise accounts. This includes handling workflows for new customers, upsells, renewals, price increases, and ongoing customer retention initiatives. The specialist will ensure accurate contract execution, pricing alignment, usage auditing, invoice reconciliation, and quoting support across systems, ensuring system accuracy and a seamless experience for high-value accounts. In addition to QTC execution, this role plays a key part in revenue retention by leading negotiations for at-risk accounts, including structuring and managing customer buyout agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • SaaS industry experience required, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing enterprise customer accounts, including renewals and pricing execution.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to overcome objections and support customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective in both independent work and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms; Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and revenue recognition principles.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond defined responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Renewals & Retention: Own enterprise renewals, negotiate terms, and manage early termination buyout agreements.
  • Quoting & Pricing: Execute enterprise and strategic price increases, and support quoting for CS/PS deals.
  • Sales & Customer Support: Provide quoting support, respond to contract questions, and handle Salesforce case queues.
  • Usage Auditing: Audit enterprise and strategic accounts to ensure accurate contracting and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Training & Offshore Support: Support and train offshore (Omega) resources on quoting standards and task execution.
  • Finance & Booking: Support invoice reconciliation, end-of-month booking reviews, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support, and Finance to ensure smooth deal execution.
