About The Position

We are seeking a Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant to support a major modernization program. This role sits within the UAT team and focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across User Acceptance Testing, requirements validation, change management, and cutover activities. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to validate solutions and enhance testing automation practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA Testing
• UAT (Manual & Automated Testing) expertise
• Hands-on experience with Automation Tools
• Proven experience in UAT, QA testing, and test automation within complex programs
• Strong understanding of business analysis skills, requirements gathering, and validation processes
• Experience working in financial services, ideally within banking or payments environments
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with data validation and integration testing
• Understanding of release management and cutover strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across the modernization program lifecycle
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases aligned to business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios
• Manage and assess change requests, ensuring appropriate testing coverage and impact analysis
• Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring readiness for production deployment
