Senior QA Test Architect
About The Position
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder . Founded nearly four years ago, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure. Our flagship project, Autheo , is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration. We're building a world-class QA team to ensure excellence in our blockchain Layer-1/2 solutions, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized infrastructure. As Senior QA Test Architect , you'll design and implement robust test architectures that seamlessly integrate with our complex system landscape, leveraging existing infrastructure while evaluating and deploying advanced testing tools in a fast-paced Agile/DevOps environment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years in software testing or development, with extensive experience in SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and environment building
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong architectural thinking with deep technical expertise
- Excellent collaboration and coordination across technical teams
- Proactive problem-solving and infrastructure optimization mindset

- Knowledge of AI testing tools
- Experience in blockchain/Web3 infrastructure and testing environments
Responsibilities
- Design test architecture that integrates with the overall system landscape and maximizes use of existing infrastructure
- Provide input on test environment setup, connectivity, tool evaluation, selection, installation, and implementation (including POCs)
- Drive regulatory compliance across environments and tools
- Manage and provide test environment access credentials to the QA/testing team
- Manage and provide access to selected testing tools for the QA/testing team
- Perform administrative tasks on test environments and testing tools
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure builds, code, and developments are released in sequential order for QA validation
- Coordinate with product owners and engineering teams on QA-related environment tasks
- Initial test architecture design aligned with system landscape
- Evaluation and POC of key testing tools completed
- Test environments and tools set up with access provisioned to the team
- Initial coordination processes established with engineering and product teams
