Requirements

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Java / Selenium or Python / Playwright; JavaScript frameworks to test output; Web Services, including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML; lntelliJ or other IDE; Junit; TestNG; Jenkins; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle; Writing automation test cases; Apache JMeter or Load Runner; Web Services and APIs; Bitbucket; Agile; SQL Queries / Oracle SQL Developer or Toad; Postman; and Jira / Rally / HP ALM.

• Responsibilities. Responsible for working daily with Agile software development team consisting of developers, product owner, and architect to create and maintain automation test repositories. Participate in daily Agile meetings, examine requirements, and work as a team to make the best customer experience possible. Utilize coding skills in Java while testing a software that utilizes an Oracle database with a Java front-end. Responsible for creating data and mimicking customer use in a web browser application using tools and methodologies, including Postman, SOAP, REST APIs, and JSON framework. Create automation frameworks and test scripts from scratch using Selenium in Java and maintain existing test automation frameworks and suites using Java to address smoke testing, regression testing, negative impact testing, or database impacts. Identify, analyze, and document defects within program output, online screen or content. Design test automation framework, automate tests and test data creation, participate in regression and smoke testing, and expand our automation test repositories using software testing methodologies and Scrum Agile methodologies. Test system, software, and functional design specifications in requirements. Participate in project planning and software release management.
