About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Senior QA Analyst – SAP BRIM to support enterprise billing and revenue systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on end-to-end quality assurance for complex SAP BRIM implementations, integrations, and financial processes, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality, production-ready solutions.This role may require occasional on-site attendance at the Commission’s headquarters in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and requires candidates to be located within 1.5 hours from Middletown, PA. As a Senior QA Analyst – SAP BRIM, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive quality assurance efforts across SAP BRIM and integrated enterprise systems, ensuring adherence to SDLC standards, validating complex billing and financial processes, and driving continuous improvement throughout testing and release cycles. Requirements

  • 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience with enterprise-scale application testing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience testing SAP BRIM, including billing, invoicing, payment processing, and FI-CA.
  • 2+ years of experience testing Dynamics CE applications.
  • Extensive experience with end-to-end, integration, regression, and data migration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing, backend validation, SQL queries, and ETL/interface testing.
  • Experience testing web applications, ERP systems, financial/banking systems, internal CSR applications, and tolling-domain solutions.
  • Strong experience using Azure DevOps for test management, requirements traceability, and defect tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • High level of organization, self-direction, and effectiveness in both independent and team-based environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps Testing modules.
  • Experience supporting enterprise CRM or ERP transformation initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience working with tolling applications or transportation industry systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM practices.
  • Experience with financial reporting validation, revenue assurance, or SAP BRIM revenue processes.
  • Relevant QA, SAP, or ITIL certifications.
