Atlas is a nationwide leader in civil engineering materials testing and geotechnical consulting services for environmental industrial and infrastructure construction projects Headquartered in Denver CO Atlas currently has over 3500 employees with offices throughout the US including Alaska & Hawaii Its no accident that Atlas creates a better experience for infrastructure and environmental projects Its how we are built with the best people in the industry with the reach and expertise to help at any and every step of the project and with a heart led approach that puts quality and safety at the center of everything we do Were just built to be better We are a great company We are seeking a Senior Pursuits Coordinator pending years of experience and overall qualifications to join our East ProposalsPursuits team The right candidate should be located in the greater Atlanta area with the ability to come into our Atlanta Battery office The candidate will be responsible for supporting Proposal Managers Capture Managers and Graphics Proposal Specialists as well as Client Services Managers dedicated business developers and sellerdoers for our proposal and pursuits team They will also support various pursuit opportunities developing persuasive proposals creating and crafting professional marketing presentations and materials and maintaining organizational systems and tools to promote overall efficiency effectiveness and consistency This roles primary concentration will be to successfully produce and managecoordinate best in class proposals qualification packages and presentations to win new business and assist key stakeholders as outlined below

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing andor communications journalism graphic arts or other related fields
5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on corporate qualifications proposals and marketing
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products specifically InDesign Note strong knowledge and utilization is a requirement
Must be proficient in MS Office PowerPoint Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills verbal writing editing proofreading and formatting skills
Ability to multi task prioritize and manage projects independently
Project management collaboration and team building skills

Nice To Haves

Graphic design experience is a plus
AEC industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the East Pursuits Director ProposalPursuit team members and key project stakeholders to develop and manage RFPQ deadlines create impactful proposals and presentations and produce high quality marketing collateral for both prime consultant and subconsultant projects
Adheres to established procedures using departmental tools to review project requirements assign action items ensure compliance and maintain strict schedules and deadlines
Proofreads edits formats and enhances pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat to create visually compelling accurate and compliant documents
ManagesCoordinates qualification packages with external clients
Supports multiple pursuits simultaneously including analyzing requirements editing team contributions coordinating logistics and complying with specifications and deadlines
Performs other reasonable and normal duties associated with the position as directed by the East Pursuits Director andor National Vice President of Strategic Pursuits
