In every effort, from receiving hotline calls to reaching family reunification or foster care and adoption, children and families are our focus. Serves as Statewide Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL) Administrator. Plans, directs, and administers the OLPD Child Welfare Employee Licensure Complaint process Schedules, attends, and facilitates all Emergency Licensure Review Team and CWEL Board Meetings. Serves as full line supervisor of subordinate staff. Develops, implements, and monitors CWEL Program Best Practice Policies, Rules, and Procedures. Serves as a principal spokesperson for the CWEL Program before internal and external stakeholders and other governmental entities. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
