Strata-G is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Pricing Specialist with extensive experience in government pricing strategy, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role will lead our pricing department and spearhead pricing operations support our business groups. The ideal candidate will build and manage a team of pricing experts and act as the go-to authority in refining and innovating Strata-G's pricing methodologies, systems and tools. You'll be trusted to dive right in, take ownership of proposals, and communicate with multiple levels of management. Work Location: Huntsville, AL Due to the hands-on nature of this role this is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

Bachelors degree required, and at least 10 years or more of experience in pricing.
Deep knowledge of the written and financial structure of formal proposal request documents, including Request for Proposal (RFP) Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), Request for Information (RFI), Time and Materials (T&M), Project Change Requests, and/or Statements of Work (SOW).
Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple, simultaneous assignments in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and engage professionally with leadership and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

A thorough understanding of cost pools and associated impact analysis is highly desired.
Extensive expertise in government pricing strategies, cost/price analysis, and compliance with FAR and CAS regulations is highly desired.
Proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Leverage comprehensive knowledge of government pricing strategies to support complex and strategic business proposals.
Apply advanced pricing methodologies, including rate analysis, Price-to-Win (PTW), cost realism and reasonableness assessments, data-driven estimating, and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
Guide the development of cost proposals and pricing strategies that optimize execution and profitability.
Develop and finalize persuasive and compliant cost narratives that align with RFP Section L requirements.
Analyze solicitation requests and customer requirements to ensure that both written and cost responses align with customer expectations.
Review and interpret Request for Proposal (RFP) terms and conditions, participating in proposal reviews and strategy sessions.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Program Managers to develop labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
Present pricing assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior leadership for review and approval.
Refine and develop policies, procedures, methodologies, systems and tools to ensure compliance.
Maintain and update proposal data and documentation within the Proposal Management repository.
