Kleinfelder is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to support our A/E business development efforts in the Central Division. We are looking for someone with the experience and ability to take an opportunity from start to finish and increase our probability of winning through capture plans, SWOT analysis, and client value propositions. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating proposals within the transportation, water, environmental, state/local government, power and oil/gas markets. Someone who has an eye for detail and can perform quality reviews on their own work to catch layout, grammar, spelling, typographical and punctuation errors.
