This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of Property Management staff and overseeing a significant portfolio or property. The Senior Property Manager also serves as a primary contact for third-party relationships. Key responsibilities include directing and coordinating property management business, providing leadership through policy development and program interpretation, and guiding Property Management staff in their career paths. The position involves financial oversight, such as tracking budget variances, ensuring smooth recovery processes, overseeing billing, monitoring cash flow, and preparing reports and annual budgets for owners. The Senior Property Manager maintains strong relationships with third-party owners, resolves tenant relations issues, conducts regular property inspections, and collaborates with Construction Managers on projects. Ensuring compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives is also a critical aspect of this role.
