Senior Property Associate
About The Position
As a Senior Property Associate at JLL, you will take on expanded responsibilities in property operations while serving as a key liaison between tenants, property managers, vendors and other stakeholders. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. As a Senior Property Associate, you will lead specialized projects, mentor new team members and owner critical administrative functions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI property management software
- 2-3 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management
- 2-3 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues
- Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases
- Oversee comprehensive financial operations including AP/AR processing, budget variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting preparation
- Manage vendor coordination and work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients
- Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination
- Lead tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience
- All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations
- On-site presence required
