About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Site Assessment Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our Environmental Services group. This role focuses on managing and coordinating Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for both individual and portfolio commercial properties. This position includes oversight of project teams, technical writing and review, client interaction, and mentorship of junior staff. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in environmental due diligence
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with field sampling (soil, groundwater, air, vapor)
  • Ability to carry up to 40 lbs of field equipment and work in varying site conditions
  • Willingness to travel to field sites as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ASTM Property Condition Assessments (2018-15)
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or GIS

Responsibilities

  • Manage and technically review Phase I & II ESAs
  • Coordinate project teams and resources
  • Write and review technical reports
  • Prepare budgets, proposals, and client deliverables
  • Conduct field work (sampling, oversight, etc.) for environmental remediation projects
  • Oversee health and safety protocols on field projects
