About The Position

We are building a specialized Professional Services delivery team to support the implementation of a global, cloud-based Spend Management and AP Automation SaaS platform. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a team of Functional Consultants, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and predictable delivery of customer implementations across multiple international projects. This role is critical to bringing structure, visibility, and governance to complex, customer-facing SaaS implementations involving financial workflows, multiple stakeholders, and tight timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS, Professional Services, or technology consulting environments.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing implementations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, ERP-adjacent systems, or business workflow platforms.
  • Experience leading or coordinating functional or consulting teams of 6+ people.
  • Solid command of project management fundamentals (scope, timeline, risk, dependency management).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, or AP Automation projects.
  • Familiarity with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics (AX/F&O/BC), Infor M3, etc.
  • Experience in Professional Services / System Integrator environments.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
  • Exposure to Agile / hybrid delivery models in SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery governance for multiple customer implementations of the spend-management platform.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Functional Consultants, ensuring clear priorities, workload balance, and delivery quality.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate customer-facing ceremonies (kickoffs, status calls, steering meetings).
  • Manage expectations and communication with international customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Professional Services best practices, implementation methodology, and documentation standards.
  • Support go-live readiness, change management, and handoff to support teams.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, templates, and operational metrics.
