As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful, on-time execution and delivery of creative projects through the development of tailored project plans and timelines; proactively identifying, monitoring, problem-solving, and communicating potential roadblocks of all communication projects for Calvary Chapel. In this role, you will lead a team of Project Managers and partner with all creative teams and ministry partners to ultimately play a part in seeing lives changed. You will review and evaluate the nature and scope of projects to better understand the next course of action and ensure that projects are processed accordingly. Using these skills, you will help ensure projects are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated regularly, and deadlines are met. You’ll need an in-depth understanding of the Communications & Media Team’s roles and processes as you work across teams to assist them.
