Opportunity for impact Newfire Global Partners, a leader in developing disruptive healthcare technology, collaborates with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups to drive transformation. Newfire is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will drive the successful end-to-end delivery of client engagements. You will lead complex initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between the technical project team and client stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk management, planning, and execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring transparency, building trust, and delivering measurable business value. What's the Project? Our client is a large US-based company in the healthcare market. We are starting a multi-phase project focused on replacing the clinical and data platform, fully modernizing the current system. The work centers on delivering a flexible and configurable workflow solution. You will join a mid-size team of 20 to 40 engineers, primarily based in Central Europe, working closely with a US client. This is an exciting greenfield initiative in a high-demand, fast-evolving healthcare context, built on cloud architectures in a data-driven and AI-enhanced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
Healthcare experience is mandatory.
Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing cross-functional or virtual teams
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ADO, Trello, Asana)
Solid skills with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
PMP or similar certification
Familiarity with VDI environments, SSO/MFA concepts

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Design
Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables
Build comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Select and tailor methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to project needs
Execution and Delivery
Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
Track progress, KPIs, budget, and resources
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
Maintain robust change control processes
Client and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and workshops
Present clear progress updates, insights, and recommendations
Consulting and Continuous Improvement
Analyze client workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization
Work with SMEs to ensure high-quality deliverables
Support knowledge transfer and project closure activities
As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.
