Projects fail when complexity overwhelms coordination—when multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and technical ambiguity collide without strong project leadership. As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives focused on enterprise technology modernization and client migration to our new ecosystem. You'll bring structure to ambiguity by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and mitigating risks across internal and external teams. Your ability to influence without direct authority, apply blended methodologies, and manage escalations directly determines whether strategic initiatives deliver on time or stall under organizational complexity. This role requires juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities based on changing business requirements—you'll thrive if you align with our focus on customer-centric efficiency, long-term thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
