Role and Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager – IAD Role will require individual to take responsibility for the project management of sites and to deliver excellent work to clients safely and within budget. Have an energetic and proactive approach to responsibilities and be able to demonstrate to your expertise throughout the build. Be highly qualified with extensive experience in project management or project director roles. Have skills in managing client expectations, communicating and developing relationships with colleagues, sub contractors, and other relevant stakeholders The main responsibilities of the role are: - Proven ability to monitor, direct and motivate all site activities to ensure schedules are being met within budget Lead progress meetings with site team and sub contractors Set deadlines with site, design and client for resolving issues Support the directors and business development manager in securing new business Manage all contractual correspondence related to your projects - e.g. project documents, client correspondence, controls and procedures Attention to detail ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality projects - the allocation of resources within budget and timelines Full responsibility for all health and safety on site as well as leading and coordinating all site disciplines in this regard Providing technical advice to resolve problems on site and to resolve technical matters with design teams Ensure that strong relationships are maintained with colleagues and sub contractors to ensure that the co-ordination work involved can be managed professionally Ensure that there is effective systems for communicating ongoing work, concerns emerging and decisions being made
