As a Project Manager within Concentrix's professional services team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics to improve client outcomes. Your role involves orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with both business and technology objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Project for project management.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to dive deep into project details.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
