About The Position

The Senior Project Manager reports to the Division Manager and is responsible for financial performance and client satisfaction across multiple projects. This role sets and drives project goals for Safety, Quality, and Productivity (SQP), supports Division-specific initiatives, manages Project Management team members, and contributes to business planning and performance. Ensures job satisfaction through strong partnerships and the consistent application of Kent Companies hallmarks. Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or a related field
  • At least 10 years of overall construction experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of project management and estimating experience with a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor
  • Proven experience managing self-performed concrete work
  • Experience delivering commercial, data center, and industrial concrete projects
  • Familiarity with projects exceeding $4 million in value
  • Strong background in estimating, bidding, and proposal development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
