Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with proven success in leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance scope, time, and cost trade-offs while delivering expected business value.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with industry recognized PPM tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: PMP and Agile.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IT projects and software development lifecycles.
  • Track record of leading successful projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Champion Change Management: Drive adoption of methodologies that enable agility and resilience.
  • Influence Enterprise Decisions: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding prioritization and investment strategies.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational optimization and innovation.
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects spanning multiple business units and external partners.
  • Develop and implement project and change management methodologies, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Facilitate business case development, impact analysis, and prioritization of initiatives against corporate objectives.
  • Manage continuous improvement programs, driving efficiency and process excellence
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage timelines, resources, and service-level agreements.
  • Provide consulting services to business customers, influencing solutions and outcomes.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation, ensuring project stability and stakeholder confidence.
  • Champion governance and best practices, leveraging methodologies to enhance delivery quality.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and leadership to maintain transparency and trust.
