About The Position

As a Project Manager based in our Las Vegas hub, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and real-world implementation. This is a technical, high-impact role focused on the "Transition-In" phase—taking multi-state US contracts from tender and design through to successful Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations. You will navigate cross-functional landscapes, aligning engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders to ensure our life-saving tech is deployed flawlessly. You’ll be the first member of our US-based "Transition-In" team, a group typically defined by high energy and a "get-it-done" attitude. Based in Las Vegas and reporting to the Transition-In Lead based in Australia, you’ll collaborate regularly with our Australian R&D teams and UK counterparts, balancing the fast-paced nature of a global scale-up with a supportive, care-driven office culture.
