The Senior Project Manager is the leader and manager of their respective projects and teams, including field and project management staff, to provide oversight for all phases of the construction project to ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This individual will delegate project management operations as well as more day-to-day functions to other project team members while maintaining overall responsibility for the success of the project. This individual will typically work on multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to work in a fast‐paced, multi‐task environment, balancing competing priorities and multiple project assignments. The Senior Project Manager may also be engaged in more global initiatives and strategies intended to continually improve and innovate Landmarks approach to development and construction. The Senior Project Manager will assist in delivering student housing & traditional multi-family projects, ranging from large acreage developments to mid to high-rise infill construction, with project values exceeding $150M.
