The Project Manager will plan, initiate, and oversee execution of various operational projects, often working with multiple internal teams, contractors, and clients. This role involves early discussions with clients and upper management to ensure a clear understanding of desired goals and outcomes. The project manager will then collaborate with the team to determine necessary resources, processes, and materials to complete projects within the desired timeline, developing plans for every phase of execution. This includes delegating tasks to coordinators or employee teams while maintaining a broad overall view of the entire project. Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and oversee execution of various operational projects
• Work with multiple internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Be involved in early discussions with the client and upper management to ensure a clear understanding of the client's desired goals and outcomes
• Work with the team to determine what resources, processes, and other materials will be necessary to complete the project in the desired timeline
• Draw up plans for every phase of execution
• Delegate tasks or significant portions of the project to coordinators or teams of employees
• Maintain a broad overall view of the entire project throughout
• Be ultimately responsible for the final quality of a project
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
