The Project Manager will plan, initiate, and oversee execution of various operational projects, often working with multiple internal teams, contractors, and clients. This role involves early discussions with clients and upper management to ensure a clear understanding of desired goals and outcomes. The project manager will then collaborate with the team to determine necessary resources, processes, and materials to complete projects within the desired timeline, developing plans for every phase of execution. This includes delegating tasks to coordinators or employee teams while maintaining a broad overall view of the entire project.
