About The Position

Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional Technology initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities, financial targets, and enterprise delivery standards. This role drives predictable outcomes through rigorous planning, strong stakeholder engagement, proactive risk mitigation, and disciplined adherence to PMO methodologies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with project/program management concepts, including project planning, reporting, and control techniques.
  • Working knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented team player with the ability to drive value and implement strategic solutions.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proven ability to manage 3–6 concurrent projects of varying complexity, scope, and priority.
  • Track record of success with a collaborative, participative management style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional Technology projects and programs from requirements through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Provide executive-level communication and leadership updates, including progress, risks, mitigation strategies, financial impacts, and delivery confidence.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, financials, and resources, ensuring disciplined planning, forecasting, and adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Drive consistent execution by enforcing PMO delivery methodologies, best practices, and compliance with required processes and controls.
  • Partner with business and Technology leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure shared ownership of outcomes.
  • Proactively identify , assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating only when to protect scope, schedule, or financial targets.
  • Ensure financial integrity of projects, including cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and management of budget changes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making, providing clarity around impacts, trade-offs, and delivery options.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including workplans, business requirements, executive presentations, and status reporting.
