Role Mission

The Senior Project Manager builds possibility by maximizing profitability across multiple projects and developing high-performing teams. This role is responsible for driving portfolio-level success through advanced financial leadership, strategic decision making, and mentorship of Project Managers to ensure consistent execution, margin growth, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Advanced ability to manage profitability across multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• Strong expertise in forecasting, cost control, and financial strategy
• Proven leadership of teams and developing other Project Managers
• High-level problem solving and decision making under pressure
• Exceptional communication with executives, clients, and field teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects, Project Coordinator and Project Managers, ensuring consistent financial and operational performance
• Drive portfolio level financial management, including forecasting, margin protection, and cash flow optimization
• Establish and enforce best practices in project execution, scheduling, and cost control
• Lead high level risk management and change order strategy to maximize profitability
• Serve as an escalation point for complex project challenges, providing solutions that protect margin and timelines
• Mentor and develop Project Coordinator, Project managers and Foremen, building that next generation of leaders
• Partner with operations and Executive Leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
• Maintain strong client relationships at a senior level, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
