About The Position
As a Project Manager, you’ll own the entire project lifecycle—planning, scheduling, coordinating teams, and ensuring flawless execution. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP or Six Sigma experience a plus.
- Direct A/V experience required; construction knowledge helpful.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Gantt).
- Professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel in-state (10–25%).
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Manage A/V projects from kickoff through installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate engineering, warehouse, and installation teams for smooth execution.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and inventory; resolve challenges quickly.
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at project close.
