About The Position

The Senior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives across the G&H enterprise project portfolio. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager contributes to consistent and disciplined project execution by applying standardized processes, tools, and methodologies across departments. This position plays an important role in supporting successful project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project and task management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent scheduling and portfolio management systems.
  • Foundational understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and capacity management concepts.
  • Ability to balance strategic objectives with execution-level detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 4 years + of experience in project management roles required.

Nice To Haves

  • advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and quality systems in a medical device or other regulated environment preferred.
  • Project management certification or formal coursework (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred; PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Orthodontic or technical experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action items to completion.
  • Maintain alignment around defined project objectives, business outcomes, and priorities.
  • Apply standardized project management processes, tools, and templates to promote consistency and transparency across projects.
  • Establish and maintain regular project reporting cadences, including status updates, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource loading and schedule impacts; proactively escalate issues and collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to resolve obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation to support regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Track milestones and interdependencies, ensuring alignment across teams and external partners on key deadlines and critical path activities.
  • Follow up with team members ahead of deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage multiple projects at once with speed and accuracy being key
