About The Position

The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives
using PMI-aligned project management practices to deliver scope, schedule, cost,
quality, and overall business objectives. This role is responsible for
end‑to-end planning and execution, including resource coordination, financial
management, risk and issue mitigation, and stakeholder communication across
functions and divisions. Leveraging deep operational, technical, and business
experience, the Senior Project Manager applies process mapping, transactional
lean, and continuous improvement practices to support enterprise initiatives,
including capital projects and strategic efforts such as integrations,
acquisitions, and rationalizations. The role also champions PMO standards,
mentors project managers, and serves as a trusted partner to functional leaders
and senior leadership.
