Support and promote E2’s Core Values, fostering a safe, inclusive, and family-first work environment Own execution of assigned hyperscale projects with full accountability. Manage projects with significant financial exposure and compressed delivery timelines. Apply experience and judgment to manage complexity across multiple buildings or phases. Ensure execution strategies are deliberate, forward-looking, and aligned with program objectives. Maintain accurate, defensible schedules and cost forecasts. Proactively identify risks, constraints, and change events before they impact execution. Drive disciplined change management to avoid late or reactive exposure. Understand second- and third-order impacts of execution decisions in hyperscale environments. Serve as a stabilizing execution presence during peak manpower or accelerated delivery. Reinforce consistent planning, reporting, and follow-through. Provide informal coaching and mentorship to Project Managers. Support execution continuity during Site / Regional Manager absences when required. Escalate execution risks early with context, quantified impact, and recommendations. Maintain clear, credible communication with site leadership and client counterparts. Ensure issues are elevated with intent to resolve, not merely report. Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred PMP preferred. 5+ years of project management experience. Demonstrated hyperscale data center experience. Proven ability to manage 50–100+ technicians and multiple workstreams. Strong forecasting, risk, and change management capability. The noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must also regularly carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet. The employee must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies), if required. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of project management experience.
Demonstrated hyperscale data center experience.
Proven ability to manage 50–100+ technicians and multiple workstreams.
