About The Position

Muller is a full-service Site Work Contractor based in Northern Virginia, known for its technology and systems-driven approach to sustainable civil construction services across Maryland, Virginia, and DC. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site development projects, from initial setup to closeout. This includes daily management of crews, working closely with site superintendents, and maintaining constant communication with clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly. The role also involves managing subcontractors, handling monthly billing, and ensuring proper project closeout.

Requirements

At least 5+ years experience as an APM and/or PM within turnkey site development
Ability to read civil plans and knowledge of different types of site work
Strong admin skills with reviewing cover sheets, costing sheets, AIA, and tracking change orders
Experience communicating with clients and/or General Contractor on projects

Nice To Haves

Data Center experience
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Blue Beam and experience with a project management software

Responsibilities

Scheduling and managing crews
Working with the site superintendent
Constantly communicating with the client to ensure jobs are completed correctly and in the most efficient way possible
Getting projects started (submittals, Miss Utility, Safety Paperwork)
Manage all aspects of the project (creating/tacking Change Order's, problem solving with the superintendent and client)
Work closely with any subcontractors, monthly billing, and project closeout
Ordering of the required materials for their specific projects
Work closely with the estimator to make sure that the correct items are ordered and to ensure nothing extra is added or missing
Tracking production for their assigned projects
Work with foreman and superintendent daily to make sure production goals are met
Track the production on the production template in excel
Perform take offs and putting together a proposal for Change Orders
