About The Position

Join our partner firm, 4Ward Land Surveying, as a Project Manager and play a key role in shaping the
future of land surveying services. In this leadership-driven position, you will be responsible for
oversseeing the full lifecycle of projects—from initial opportunity through to the successful delivery of
final services or deliverables to the client.

partnerships while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will guide and
manage your team’s workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality expectations. In
addition, you will support the professional development of your team by identifying growth
opportunities and fostering a culture of learning and advancement within the organization.

Requirements

• Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the state of Texas is required for this role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a surveyor, including 3+ years’ supervision experience
• Active participant in the industry association(s)
• Demonstrate leadership & supervisory skills
• Excellent technical knowledge & business development experience
• Proficient CAD knowledge
• Ability to work in an existing HFW office

Responsibilities

• Learn 4Ward Standards of Service & actualize in leadership execution
• Train and develop team to move upward within the company
• Perform annual evaluation with each team member
• Routinely check-in with each team member as to the advancement of their career goals
• Approve timecards and vacation requests as appropriate to execute project deadlines
• Creates proposals and ensures notice-to-proceed signed by Client
• Obtain Client billing information
• Utilize Unanet CRM & AE to schedule resources & manage workflows of project
• Ensure each project is completed on time, with quality deliverable(s), and within budget
• Meet with clients or crews on job sites as need
• Provide timely communication to Client(s) during project lifecycle
• Provide QA/QC and peer review of products and provide resolution to complex Client projects
• Develop new business partnerships
• Continuing to grow existing business partnerships
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
