Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
12+ years of progressive experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects.
Strong network and established relationships with city and county municipalities in North Texas.
Proven success managing roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer projects.
Skilled communicator with experience leading client presentations and public meetings.
Ability to mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams while balancing technical oversight and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage municipal civil infrastructure projects, including roadway improvements, bicycle/pedestrian facilities, drainage upgrades, and water/sanitary sewer improvements.
Serve as the primary client point of contact for city and county municipalities, ensuring strong partnerships and client satisfaction.
Partner with municipalities to scope projects, negotiate contracts, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Provide oversight and QA/QC on project deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
Mentor project engineers and junior staff to strengthen technical capabilities and professional growth.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges and deliver innovative municipal infrastructure solutions.
Track project performance, budgets, and schedules to meet financial and utilization targets.
Represent Tetra Tech at business development meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand visibility and client relationships.
