The Project: Mace is engaged on a significant refit project in Manhattan and are looking to add an NYC experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to the team. It is anticipated that this will be a multi-year position and will sit within our growing NYC centered Cities and Places team which covers the CRE, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors across the USA. You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project. Requirements

  • Ideally 15+ years construction industry experience.
  • Availability to be in NYC five days a week.
  • Ability to obtain a VISA to live and work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

  • Membership of appropriate professional body or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the mixed-use real estate sector.
  • Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
  • Previous NYC experience is preferred for these roles.
